Here is my inspiration for today:

Write a weekly list of you are doing each week that you want to stop. Make it a NOT to do list. Do you waste time somewhere? Are you involved in an activity that you don’t enjoy? Are you tired of diner being interrupted by someone or something?

my Not To Do List
  1. Yell at my children --- I don't like being yelled at so I should not yell at them
  2. I will not skip meals. It makes me cranky, not healthy for the baby
  3. Be sarcastic towards my husband...he really does mean well
  4. drink so much Pepsi
